1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The product received is defective or not working at the time of delivery
  • The product is different from what was ordered
  • The product has physical damage caused during delivery (must be reported immediately)

  • Clearance or heavily discounted items (unless defective)

  • Refurbished products are professionally tested and verified
  • Minor cosmetic signs of use are normal and not considered defects
  • Refurbished items come with a limited seller guarantee as mentioned on the product page (usually 1 month)
  • Warranty covers hardware functionality only, not accidental or physical damage

6. Return Procedure

To request a return or refund:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share order details, images, and/or video of the issue
  3. Our team will review and guide you through the next steps

Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is from our side
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns
